1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Obridge application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Obridge. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Obridge. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law.

3. Account Registration

• •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You may not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
• •You must notify us immediately at support@obridge.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• •You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or in violation of SEBI regulations.
• •You may not impersonate any person, SEBI-registered analyst, or Obridge representative.
• •You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or use the Obridge API in an unauthorised manner.
• •You may not use Obridge to manipulate markets, spread false information, or engage in "pump and dump" activity.
• •You may not post explicit buy/sell calls unless you are a verified SEBI-registered Research Analyst on the platform.
• •You may not spam, send unsolicited messages, or use the platform for any commercial purpose not explicitly permitted.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Obridge. By posting, you grant Obridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and store your content solely to operate the service. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you post. Obridge may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law at its sole discretion.

6. Research Analyst Content

• •Only SEBI-registered Research Analysts may post advice on the Obridge RA section.
• •RA content must comply with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
• •All RA posts must display the analyst's valid SEBI registration number.
• •Obridge does not verify the accuracy of RA advice — it verifies only SEBI registration. Readers are responsible for their own investment decisions.

7. AI-Generated Content

Obridge's AI features (AI Screener, OB Narrative News) produce informational analysis only. AI-generated content is not investment advice, does not constitute a buy/sell/hold recommendation, and is not a substitute for professional financial advice. All AI outputs are clearly labelled as AI-generated.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• •Free plan: Core features available at no cost with daily usage limits.
• •Premium plan: Monthly or annual subscription processed via Razorpay.
• •Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except as required by law.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

Obridge and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and brand identity are the exclusive property of Obridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Obridge's proprietary materials without written consent.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• •Obridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• •Obridge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data, news, or AI analysis.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Obridge's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• •Obridge is not liable for any investment losses resulting from use of the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, SEBI regulations, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use Obridge ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Obridge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India. We encourage resolution through informal negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use of Obridge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
