Obridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Obridge", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Obridge mobile application and website (obridge.in). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services. By using Obridge, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• •Account information: Name, phone number, email address, username, profile photo.
• •User content: Posts, comments, likes, follow relationships, and any text or images you submit.
• •Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, push notification tokens.
• •Usage data: Features accessed, pages viewed, search queries, timestamps.
• •Portfolio data: Holdings, average prices, and quantities you manually enter — stored solely for your use.
• •Payment information: Subscription transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials.
• •Google Sign-In: If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account name, email, and profile picture.

3. How We Use Your Information

• •To operate, maintain, and improve the Obridge platform.
• •To personalise your news feed, search results, and AI outputs.
• •To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• •To send you notifications about activity relevant to your account.
• •To comply with applicable law, including SEBI regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
• •To investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• •To communicate product updates, feature releases, and critical service notices.

4. Data Sharing

• •We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• •Service providers: We share data with trusted third parties (AWS, Neon, Expo, Razorpay) solely to operate the service.
• •Research Analysts: If you follow an RA, your follow relationship is visible to that RA.
• •Legal compliance: We may disclose data in response to lawful requests from government or regulatory bodies.
• •Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred. We will notify users in advance.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@obridge.in. Portfolio data, posts, and profile information are deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, signed S3 URLs (no public media bucket access), JWT-based authentication, and Razorpay webhook signature verification. No system is 100% secure. Please safeguard your credentials.

7. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for social actions (likes, comments, follows), RA advice alerts, and system messages. You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. Notification tokens are stored securely and never shared with third parties.

8. Children's Privacy

Obridge is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support@obridge.in and we will delete the account promptly.

9. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

• •Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• •Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• •Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and data.

Our website (obridge.in) may use cookies for analytics and session management. The mobile app does not use cookies. We may use anonymised analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Obridge after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance.
